Product details

Software Functions
1. Supports extended wired and wireless hybrid networking, cross-segment operation, secondary customization development, docking with OA systems, meeting reservation systems, and other professional meeting management systems.
2. Simultaneously supports Windows, Linux, Kylin, UOS, HarmonyOS, and Android systems. It enables cross-platform, cross-segment networking for interoperability and paperless functionalities. It can be used with a combination of lift-type and tablet terminals, sharing a single platform for wired and wireless management.
3. Features nameplate display, meeting slogan, meeting information, meeting agenda, and meeting topics. Meeting topics are displayed according to the meeting process and permissions, with support for Word, PPT, and Excel files. Other features include meeting sign-in, voting, interactive electronic whiteboard, information exchange, meeting call service, and receiving notifications from the backend software.
4. Can be extended for cross-platform operation, supporting simultaneous operation of Android, Windows, and Linux terminals in a hybrid network. A single server can control lift-type paperless systems, flip-type paperless systems, electronic nameplates, and mobile tablets.
5. In all the above scenarios, it allows for wireless high-definition video mirroring from tablets, with a resolution of 1080P, latency less than 300ms, and a frame rate of 20. The system's broadcast synchronization delay is less than 0.5 seconds, ensuring synchronized display in the venue.
6. Supports extended group learning. Multiple learning groups can be created within a single meeting, allowing for shared learning and access to materials from other groups.
7. Supports name-based seating, meeting sign-in (with exportable sign-in statistics and real-time charts), optional sign-in exemption, mechanisms for temporary participant addition and absence, and automatic re-arrangement based on rules, with real-time display on the simulated layout.
8. Multiple broadcast sources can coexist simultaneously in a single meeting.
9. Participants can select any video broadcast source for mirroring. PC/Android tablet functions: Supports switching between the paperless software interface and the Windows/Android interface for general computer operations, with screen mirroring capabilities (e.g., training using a computer, web browsing, OA software, and other operations can be demonstrated via mirroring).
